Los Angeles-based Opus 1 Music Library has added Shauna Krikorian as head of film licensing and Stacey Palm as head of TV Licensing. Krikorian was director of licensing for film at 615 Music; Palm had been VP, film and television music at Famous Music Publishing.

Mark Hulsey has joined Big Ten Network as vice president, production and executive producer. He comes from Fox Sports Midwest/Fox Sports Kansas City/Fox Sports Indiana, where he was executive producer.

CBS

Joseph Ianniello was elevated to executive vice president, chief financial officer at CBS Corp. He had been deputy CFO.

Compix

Irvine, Calif.-based broadcast character-generator developer Compix has named Lisa Kirtley director of sales. She comes from broadcast-automation firm Crispin Corp., where she was director, channel sales.

Cox

Thomas W. Watkins has joined Cox Communications of Hampton Roads, Va., as director of sales, Cox Business. He comes from Jobfox in Atlanta, where he was regional director of sales.

Discovery

Discovery Channel has hired Steve McGowan as senior vice president, research. He rejoins the channel from The Nielsen Co., where he was senior VP, insights and client research initiatives.

ECLIPSE

Morristown, N.J.-based Eclipse Marketing Services has advanced Frank Romano to vice president, finance and operations. He had been director, finance and accounting.

NBC News

Mark Lukasiewicz was named vice president, NBC News Specials and Digital Media, coordinating multiplatform coverage for major planned events across NBC News, MSNBC and CNBC. He had been VP, digital media.

Panavision

William C. Bevins has joined Woodland Hills, Calif.-based camera maker Panavision as president and CEO. The veteran executive has served as CEO of Andrews Group and chief financial officer of Turner Broadcasting System.

Razorsight

Fairfax, Va.-based Razorsight, a provider of on-demand financial data and analytics to communications providers, has named Nate Nelson senior vice president, products and technology. He comes from Excel Telecom in Dallas, where he was senior VP, line cost and vendor management.

Rentrak

Bill Livek has joined media-measurement firm Rentrak as CEO. He comes from Experian Research Services, where he was co-president.

360 Networks

Brady Adams has joined Seattle-based wholesale telecom provider 360 Networks as chief technical officer. He comes from Grande Communications, where he was VP, engineering and operations.

Turner

Turner Broadcasting System has added Lisa Chang as senior vice president, human resources. She comes from The Weather Channel Cos., where she was executive VP, human resources.

USA Network

Bill McGoldrick has rejoined USA Network as senior vice president, original scripted programming. A former USA series-development executive, he most recently was VP, original series programming at Spike TV.
